Services

Everything required to take a product from idea to production — and keep it there.

Engagement models, delivery process and the full service catalogue: custom software, AI systems, web and mobile apps, cloud, DevOps, design and automation.

Service catalogue

Ten services, priced and scoped independently.

Engage one practice or the whole studio. Each service ships with defined deliverables, a timeline and an owner.

From 6 weeks

Custom Software Development

Bespoke platforms engineered around your operating reality — inventory rules, pricing logic, compliance workflows — instead of bending your business to fit an off-the-shelf tool.

  • Domain model and architecture doc
  • Test-covered core services
  • Full source and handover documentation

From 4 weeks

AI Solutions

LLM pipelines, retrieval systems and autonomous agents embedded into workflows where they measurably reduce effort or increase conversion.

  • Use-case selection and ROI model
  • RAG or agent implementation
  • Evaluation harness and guardrails

From 5 weeks

Web Applications

Fast, accessible, edge-rendered products built on a design system, with performance budgets enforced in the pipeline rather than checked at the end.

  • Server-rendered, SEO-ready
  • WCAG AA accessibility
  • 95+ Lighthouse target

From 8 weeks

Mobile Development

Native-grade iOS and Android experiences from a shared core, including offline behaviour, push, deep links and store release pipelines.

  • Offline-first data sync
  • Automated store releases
  • Crash-free session targets

Ongoing

Cloud Engineering

Resilient, multi-region infrastructure defined entirely in code, with cost discipline built in from the first environment.

  • Infrastructure as code
  • Autoscaling and failover
  • Disaster recovery drills

Ongoing

DevOps & SRE

Pipelines, observability and release confidence so that shipping stops being an event and becomes a habit.

  • CI/CD from day one
  • Metrics, logs and traces
  • On-call runbooks and SLOs

From 3 weeks

UI/UX Design

Research-led interface design, validated with real users before a line of production code is written.

  • User research and journey maps
  • Interactive prototypes
  • Component library handover

From 3 weeks

Process Automation

Manual work removed end-to-end — document handling, approvals, reconciliation, reporting — with the exception paths handled properly.

  • Process discovery
  • Integration layer
  • Audit trail and alerting

From 12 weeks

Enterprise Software

Company-scale systems with the governance, integration and migration planning that large organisations require.

  • SSO, RBAC, audit logging
  • Legacy system integration
  • Phased zero-downtime migration

From 10 weeks

SaaS Platforms

Multi-tenant products with billing, roles, onboarding and analytics wired in before launch, not bolted on after.

  • Usage metering and billing
  • Self-serve onboarding
  • Growth instrumentation
Engagement models

Three ways to work with us.

Fixed scope

Project delivery

A defined outcome, a fixed price range and a delivery date. Best when the problem is well understood and the scope can be frozen.

  • Fixed-range pricing
  • Milestone billing
  • Warranty period after launch

Monthly

Dedicated squad

A cross-functional team — product, design, engineering — reserved for you at a monthly rate, re-prioritised every increment.

  • Predictable monthly cost
  • Scope flexes, cost does not
  • Scale the squad up or down

Retainer

Care & evolution

Ongoing improvement, monitoring and support for a live product, with a guaranteed response window.

  • SLA-backed response
  • Continuous improvement budget
  • Quarterly architecture review
Delivery process

Six stages, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We map users, data, constraints and success metrics, then produce an architecture and a costed backlog. Deliverable-owned even if you stop here.

  2. 02

    Design

Journeys, wireframes and a clickable prototype tested with real users, ending in a component library ready for build.

  3. 03

    Foundation

Environments, CI/CD, auth, data model and observability stood up before feature work begins.

  4. 04

    Build

Two-week increments, each ending with a working demo on a real environment and a re-cut of priorities.

  5. 05

    Harden

Load testing, penetration review, accessibility audit, runbooks and rollback plans before go-live.

  6. 06

    Launch and evolve

Staged rollout with on-call cover, followed by a measurement cycle that turns usage data into the next roadmap.

Questions

Answers before you ask.

How do you price work?

Discovery is a small fixed fee. After that you choose fixed-scope delivery, a monthly dedicated squad, or a support retainer. You always see the estimate before committing.

What happens if scope changes mid-project?

Every increment re-prioritises the backlog. In squad mode, scope flexes at constant cost; in fixed-scope mode, changes are quoted as a written change note before work starts.

Who owns the intellectual property?

You do — code, designs, infrastructure definitions and documentation, from the first commit.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. Every project includes a warranty window, and most clients continue on a care retainer with an agreed response SLA.

How quickly can you start?

Discovery usually starts within two weeks of a signed brief; full squads typically mobilise within three to four weeks.

Tell us what needs to exist.

A short brief is enough to get a scoped plan and an honest price range back.
